Default quickie truck cleaning... what would you do?

I have decided that I'm going to clean the truck up tomorrow and start working on it again. I want to get it clean first... the wheels are polished aluminum however they are looking like **** now after 7ish years. What kind of cleaning would you guys do first to get started getting it back into shape? I ordered some vht light tint, and I have some other stuff to install, I just want to get it looking good again. Wish my shoulder wasn't still screwed I would install my drop kit tomorrow.

a good wash, clay bar, some machine polich and then the wax of your choice... Using a buffer or polisher would do wonders...

I don't know anyone to do it, and the only place around here I would trust to do the exterior is Car Lovers in Lake Worth... not sure if they do the clay bar, etc... guess I'll check tomorrow.
