I don't really want to sell it, but I NEED to sell it so I can get a nice down payment on a house. I could probably keep it and get a house in about 6-7 months when it's paid off, but with real estate prices skyrocketing like they have lately I want to get into something as soon as possible.
I haven't gotten even one email about the truck. I guess I'm asking too much for it?

Scream,
Don't let 6-7 months play a huge factor. Prices will soon stablize in this market, it is inevitable. Once they do, alot of the new construction will be offering big incentives to move their current inventories. If I remember correctly you are onyl a few months away from paying that thing off, keep on truckin!
