Trucks looking damn good..love those lights....whats up w/ that DRL mod..i think i missed that.....whats that consist of and whats it do?

 

Its where you get another turn signal socket and splice it into the turn signal wires then put that socket in the DRL slot and you have two turn signal bulbs but oyu no longer have DRLs.

 

yeah , i agree , the truck looks good , i like the tail lights, and your headlights and billet grille are the only way to have that year front end. so youre using the drl as a extra parking light? i think thats what i saw. i put an amber bulb in my drl , kinda looks like a camaro/ta drl ,not the plain old white drl.

 

Im liking the sound of that DRL mod...im gonna have to look into that...thats sweet

 

Tim yeah this mod turns the drl slot into a turn signal/parking light since it is spliced into the original parking/turn signal light. Takes about 30 min to do right and make good connections but looks good especially if oyu run around like I do with the parking lights and fogs on alot.

 

Do you happen to have a part number for that socket?

 

NO I dont I jut called up the dealer said I needed two turn signal sockets and they had them waiting for me. Just tell em your year model that you need to two turn signal sockets and you should be good If you ahve any trouble let me knwo Ill get a PN for you.
