damn that color is going to look real clean. I'd colormatch the chrome on the bumper too.

I thought about color matching the bumper too but I think the color-chrome-color will work well. Too much of anything is bad

As far as cost goes...well it's quite a bit.

thanks Neil....yeah, there was no major damage or anything but the sum of all the tiny rock chips and little dings/dents bummed me out. Now with new glass and the detail she'll look like new, well better actually.

Now to find a nice used Toyota for a DD and park the truck for Sunday drives

You're going to be cleaning body shop dust for a while, that **** gets everywhere lol

Looking good, I'd like to do the same to my truck, so far I've had the fenders refinished where the old mud flaps used to be and the body started to rust from moisture and junk getting trapped between the mud flap and body. Also, the L/R of the cab behind the driver's door where I got too close to the door when pulling into my garage, and dug a nice scratch down to bare metal

My truck hasn't gotten any rock chips for the last year though....sitting in a garage with a busted trans will accommodate that

Looking forward to the pics of your truck when it's done...what the estimated finish date?
