Default pressure washing under hood

anyone have any tips? think i'm gonna leave the truck running...is it necessary to put aluminum foil or plastic bags over the coil packs...can i just like not aim towards them? lol thanks guys

I wouldn't worry about covering anything up, but try not to hit any of the electronics directly. I have done this many times. Don't have the PR turned up all the way, use a soap of some sort to help get dirt, grease off..

lol i keep hearin that about simple green...gonna have to go pick some up...i finished the pressure washing now i gotta go blow it off with the air hose...takes a god damn hour to do half the motor but whatever it's worth it...i'll get ya'll some pics when i'm done...she looks pretty

I just spray it all. Just try not to blast the alternator, coil packs....

I definitely like to leave my engine running when cleaning it. Use "awesome" degreaser from the .99 cent store and than blast away

All together combined and we get Awesome Simple Green Purple Power... the degreaser of degreasers.

I personally vouch for Simple Green.
