That's an 06 and it looks like he shaved the holes in the metal portion and painted the rest. In 06 you could get a paint-able upper plastic cap. The metal portion was also paint-able on some models.

If you want to paint over Chrome, It's best to have the plating striped first.

The plastics need to be cleaned really well and use an Adhesion promoter before applying primer .

If ur talkin about mine then yeah its a little low but thats because its supposed to go with a skirt kit that I dont have. Its not as long as it looks but it looks pretty long at that angle lol.

Hmm I guess it does look kinda wierd by itself. Ive had it on there for three yeats and barely noticed it.

I was talking about orangesilvie's it looks almost like its the HD SS front bumper, still looks good, just kinda big for some reason. Yours looks about right from what ive seen of the bumper cover.
