Also Sir Michaels and Custom Classic, are almost identical, I just like how CC the plate is up higher in the pan rather than hanging out further, plus cheaper $$

didn't know that till i looked at mine and then looked at yours nick i think i kinda like the custom classic plate is mounted

Got a sir mikes on both of mine. The custom classics is nice too though. Those are the only ones I would consider, well unless I had an ss and then it would be the bser pan.

well custom classics only makes roll pans with lights LED lights in them now, so thats out of the question,

also what are yall doing so that the screws on top of the roll pan dont stick out (visually) like a soar thumb?
