We get an ice storm like that every two or three years here. That was last year. No one can drive and the whole city basically shuts down. Good day to stay in the house by the fireplace and

My brother in law lives out in the Texas hill country. You have to drive through some low water crossings to get to his house. Beautiful place, but when it rains really heavily he is stuck at his place. Not a bad deal, I guess. You can only really drive a truck out there. It is a blast though!
