Thats why I will never have a polished wheel again. It used to take me a good 4 hours to do mine.. I made a bad *** rig thow. Took a bench grinder buffing pad, fabbed it up to work on my metabo grinder, it helped alot, but still too much work... They do look nice thowe, but just wait till they get rained on 1 time

yeah, I gave up, 4 hours a month is too much...and the pain....I found a local car wash that does them for $40. Takes 2 guys an hour or so by hand and they look damn good when done.

Never again will I have polished wheels. I had black rims with the polished lips on them and it was the worst experience... I'm so glad they are gone. Spent so much money getting them cleaned and time when I cleaned them myself. My wrists have never recovered. The chrome is so much easier and worth the extra couple hundred bucks. Otherwise painted works fine
Good luck tho!
