Okay, this is what I started with

THIS IS WHAT THE FENDER LOOKED LIKE AFTER THE CLAY BAR

BUT YOU CAN SEE UP CLOSE THAT SOME OF THE SPOTS REMAIN

HERE YOU CAN SEE HOW MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE THE CLAY BAR MAKES, BUT SOME SPOTS STILL REMAIN.

Clay bar is going to take out the water spots stay at it. the claybar will also remove the oxidation from the paint, get it nice and smooth.. The you hit it with a good wax, it should all come out...

I have a thread going over on GMfullsize too.

the claybar is only taking out so much, then it just stops working. I used ssr2.5 to polish but its leaving some spots. I tried some turtle wax polishing compound, which worked better, but still some spots.

I am going to get a medium or heavy cut claybar, ssr3-ssr1.

Go back and clay some more using a mixture of 50% vinegar and and 50% water with just a drop or two of Dawn dish washing liquid. Let me know how that works.
