You should have used bendable MDF it makes rounded shapes 10 times easier. And then you use less bondo and less sanding. And with fiberglass there could always be less sanding.

Bendable mdf? Never even heard of it, and since I havn't you make do with what you got. If there is such a thing I doubt it would make my desired curve, and if it did you would have to reinforce it to death. I need a rock solid box for these subs.

Sorry its actually bendable ply wood not MDF. But with fiberglass you would get most of your rigidy from the fiberglass anyways. Plus less weight. If your ever looking for great install stuff check out Select Products. All the pro installers use their stuff. Bendable Plywood

Holy crap!! Thats rediculously expensive. I wouldn't waste my money on anything like that, if you know what you are doing you can make any desired curves with regular mdf or wood. Most people aren't that skilled though so for everyone else that may be a big help. There are plenty of other things you could get at a local hardare store to accomplish the same thing.

Or if you have a dealer account you get the stuff for about half the listed price. But believe me I have used Select Products stuff all the time and its far superior to anything else out there. Plus time is money for me when you working on fiberglassing subs into $00,000+ cars and you tell the customer it will be done in a week you better exceed their expectations.

Yeah I hear that, I always exceed expectations. But most of that comes from system design, the labor is the easy part.
