no drop either, maybe 2" in the front

Why do you think those Foose Speedsters are going to give you better gas mileage compared to your current wheels? They are pretty heavy and have more rotational mass (assuming you want 20"+). This is the perfect recipe for worse mileage. IMO, I would keep your current tire/wheel setup. They look good on your truck. Some tire shine would be a good idea.
