Adobe....I have PS but I suck at using it formore than simple photography.

There are easier programs like PS deluxe, etc. which are a lot cheaper but don't have near the capacity PS has, BUT honestly is enough for the average Joe.

Photoshop CS3 here. Another good, free one is GIMP.

Gimp is Open source made primarily for Linux OS. Loads way faster than adobe but definitely takes some time to get used to.

Adobe Photoshop Elements is a really good program and it is only about $100.
