This wheel does not have rivets. It only has "dimples" and they are painted black. In the picture they look silver but it is a reflection from the flash.
I did special order the chrome center caps because the wheels came with black ones.
As far as the cost...I really cant say because I got them on a special deal because they are going on my personal truck and I am an American Racing Dealer.
