Im using 320 grit and 800. I m getting it really smoothed and I will take more pictures!

I really hope you took the door handle pulls off when you painted everything. If not, then that's gonna look like ****.

what type of primer are you using ive talked to alot of body shops around where i live and they said all the good plastic primer has been outlawed...

Yes a bit more information please, i always like to do small things like those on my own. Thats the only thing i have patients for LOL, What primer did you use? Brand name please. Also did you just spray the valance with primer? Or sanded it down before primer? Thanks and keep up the good work cant wait to see it all finished and installed.

ok I used Dupli color in a can Primer, Clear, and paint, I sanded before and after its not going to be smooth smooth because he didnt want it that way cuz he wanted it to match the other piece. I ran out of clear so I got to get some more any other questions ask. I need to get a Devilbis
