painted mirror caps

well i want to put some red caps over my mirrors but i
dont know where or how to go about buying them

Hey man I hear they are taped on so you can carefully remove them and sand them smooth and take them to a body shop for paint. Or you could do like 03pewter and trade with someone who has the chrome ones, which would be a lot less trouble to paint. I have heard you can't buy them seperatly.

go find a red tahoe and snap the mirror covers off.
They are snapped in and held by 3M tape, will take you about 3 min to pop them off with a screwdriver.
