Here is mine...(still unfinished)

I have the dash bezel, entire lower dash, overhead console, door switchpods, and underhood stuff painted as well. Next on my list is the entire top of the dash (going to be a lot of prep work) and maybe some more stuff inside...not sure yet...

Thank you.

Here is a photo of the door to give you an idea of what that'll look like if you choose to do it. beware, getting these ready for paint seemed to take forever

Can you describe what all is involved in getting it ready for paint. Did you have to sand and smooth everything. If so, how did you go about doing that?

Oh yeah, looks sweet too!

What did you do to keep the paint from cracking and peeling on the plastic ? I have some of mine painted but it is starting to mess up around the window switch.

Basically it is just a lot of prep work. I cleaned everything with plastic cleaner, sanded everything completely smooth, cleaned everything with plstic cleaner again, sprayed on some adhesion promoter, and once that tacked up I sprayed my base/clear. I have probably 12 hours of prep minimum into the pieces you see. Which is why a bodyshop will charge 1200-1500 for a similar job.
