Default Paint and powdercoat

I have a polished bowtie coming for my truck and was wondering if its possible to put a 350 or 383 in the middle of it black and then have a powdercoater clear it that way it is baked on and hopefully the paint won't run.

powdercoating is basically magnetized pigments:
I could be wrong but i dont think the pigments will actually adhere to the painted 383 or 350. Powdercoating requires a clean metal surface.
I think that you will be fine painting it the way you would like and then clearing it (several coats) Many have done this with no issues at all. Plus it will be cheaper.

Yea...charges but didn't think the charges would make the paint run or not adhere. I'll just scuff it up a little and paint the logo and clear it about 8 times. Thanks.
