I want to color match my bow tie in the grille to my paint. I drive a 2001 Chevy 1500. It is red. I have herd people talk about the color "victory red" is this it. If not where on the truck can I find the paint code?

there is a sticker in your glove box that has all of your RPO option codes on it your paint code is there

paint code is gonna be at the very bottom, it should be towards the middle and i believe it is gonna have a u or l before it, i really dont remember

 

if it were victory red it'd be 74U, look for anything with two digits and a U after it. 63U is sport red metallic, just incase
