I just recently got the Street Scene Cal-Vu mirrors and love them! Takes a little getting used to at first, but well worth it!

Yeah, after looking over mine again, which by the way are off of a 99 silverado....they are power and heated..... my drivers side if aftermarket and seems to be loose in the motors inside and my passenger side is missing the chrome cover and is also cracking along the top of it. the drivers side is a TYC brand from a sticker i found on it.....

Thinking of getting new ones and letting these go..... considering SS's. Just have to have them painted....prob $50 here local to paint.

I think that the SS's are the best bet as far as sport mirrors go...appearance-wise anyway. I've never driven a truck with em so I can't say how big the field of vision is, but the guys here who have em seem to like em

When I was thinking about mirrors for my truck I actually bought paintable sport mirrors but when I recieved them I didnt like them at all. I then bought paintable mirror caps for my stock mirrors and I love how they look on my truck. IMO, those sport mirrors dont look like they belong on any kind of truck and that is how I feel about that.
