Doesn't have to be done right away, but of course it will look much better.

For the front you have several options. You can go with control arms for a factory like ride, but there will be a slight increase in bumpsteer. You can also go with spindles for a factory like ride, but you will increase your turning radius. The other option is to go with springs, but the ride will suffer some, it will be stiffer.

For the rear, since you already have shackles, you can just add hangers and get the full 4" drop. Another option would be to put your stock shackles back on and put on some hotchkis leafs, like up front though the ride will be stiffer.

02 Blue pretty much covered all the bases, but is far as the question "how bad is it?", I don't think it's bad at all (definitely seen much worse). It'll definitely look better dropped, but in the mean time, I wouldn't be too self conscience about it

I agree, your truck looks good the way it is.

I think it looks good. Don't get too hung up on having a slammed truck like the rest, someone has to be different, if we all had slammed trucks it would be boring too. Right??

It looks good. Leave it like it is for a while. Don't let the truck scene "pressure" you to think you have to do anything. Although it would look better......

I think it would look good dropped, but I wouldnt mortage my house to get it done right away. I choose the Hotchkis TVS for my drop, and I couldn't be happier. The kit makes the truck handle superbly (for a truck) and alot more fun to drive. Yeah, it makes the ride stiffer, but it's only a problem for me on really long rides or when I have a hangover. And it's difficult to install, I had to remove my gas tank. Just some things to keep in mind.
