Hey looks like I am about to get a 02 silverado, I really wanted a GMC though. So my question is, is it possible to swap grills out to where I would have a gmc front? About how much does it cost to buy parts and installed?

 

Welcome! For your question, I believe you would need to get a hood, 2 fenders, grille, bumper and acces., headlights, parking lights, and that might be about it. Maybe some braces, but others can add to!

 

What's wrong with Silverados?!?!?!?! If your going to do a conversion, might as well do an Escalade. At least then people will know what your trying to do. Put a GMC front end on a Chevy is like putting Z28 stickers on a V6 Camaro. (heeheehee, I know about that) An escalade kit will run in the $2500 range + paint. Unless you can get cheap parts in the junkyard, that's about the cost range you will be looking at.
