Default New Wheels for my 04 Silverado

Just put a set of 285/75/16 Mastercraft Courser A/T's on American Racing rims on my 04 Silverado 4x4.

Also, I need some advice on smoking my headlights. Does anyone know about the headlight tint, i've found some on eBay cheap. Would this be the cheapest and most efficient way of going about smoking my headlights. My biggest concern is that i have 45% tint full windshield and im running stock headlamps, i want a goodlook but still be able to see at night, lol.

Thanks for looking.
