Nah, you won't need anything but the stockers. Unless you're going lower.

I've done SEVERAL trucks like this, including my own.

 

when I tried to pull mine off they tore off and I only have couple inches now between fram and axle, I was thinkn goin lower but I dont want to do a cnotch, I need to look into some towing air bags to help with the shocks
