Question New Wheel and Tire Performance?

I'm getting Boyd Coddington Magneato's 17x10 w/ Goodyear Hp's 275/60/17. I am curious as to what the performance will be compared to my stock wheels and tires. Also will the new wheels weigh less than stock?

Keep in mind, even if your new wheels weigh less, your still putting more weight further from the center of your wheels. Therefore, you are increasing your rolling friction (which is the worst kind of friction for performance).
