I bought this 1986 Chevy Blazer K5 from a buddy yesterday. I've always wanted to get a Blazer and have it as a project to restore. Previous owner pretty much did all the motor and drivetrain work, all I got to worry about is interior and exterior. Blazer has a 8" lift, upgraded 8 lug axles, 4.10s up and back,i beefed up 700 tranny and motor wise I dont know the full specs yet but all I know it's a cammed out 327 crate motor with mid-length headers.

 

looks like a beast, how does it drive? do some offroad testing before you make everything look pretty

 

oh no worries, this thing is a monster in the mud.. I'll try to post up a video of it at a local mud pit.. it's got some serious *****.

Nice dude, congrats My dad had one of those when I was growing up, It was black with silver on the side...I loved that truck, wish he still had it today.

 

I want my K5 back. Awsome rig! Does it have the 350?
