If you are set on coating the chrome, do black chrome instead of painting it black. That would look awesome, although it looks great now. I really like the SS wheels on 4wd trucks. There is a guy here in Oxford that has silver SS wheels on a red extended cab with painted fender flares and it looks good.

I love the rims, but the way the truck is setup they look terrible. Just looks bad with as much fender gap as you have. Since you plan to not lower it I would run a different setup.

 

i would lower it .. looks clean man .. is that just flat black or powder coated black like a gloss ?
