Default New Paint/color/exterior/texture job...

So my Factory Paint was starting to go and I had recently gotten "key'ed" so I decided instead of painting my Van, that I should Line-x it. I've never seen one done in person but I've heard of people doing it before. So I decided to give it a shot and see how it came out. I think it came out great.

I have to go back tomorrow or Tuesday so that the shop can touch up a few parts and paint the Horizontal Bar across my Grill Green instead of having the whole grill Black, but I really like it so far.

NO MORE CREEPER VAN!!
What do you guys think?

I can't decide if Mr. T is off in a corner crying or masturbating....

Definitely interesting man. At least you don't have to wax it...

We did my buddies motorcycle frame in line-x and it looks great also. That looks killer man, like mad max **** hahaha.. Urban assault vehicle. That had to set you back a good amount of money.

Thats awesome. Now we need to turn the boost up to compensate for the added weight of the linex lol.

Nice! I think it looks good. Definitely durable. I know the guys at west coast customs line-x'd their cargo van too. What did it end up costing you?

I think the Instructions for maintaining this consists of a power washer...and that's it. No soap, no air dry, no wax and no polish!

If I put a stripe on the Tow rig, Trailer and Truck than it would be Stripe overload!

Not too bad, about the same as a decent Paint job would be.

It's already at 22psi. Not sure I want more than that.

I was thinking the same thing to be honest. Than again, airflow research shows that a thin layer of turbulence does more for shear than a smooth surface does. Ever wonder why the intakes in our after market heads have perpendicular grooves leading up to the Intake Valve?

My guess is that it will not help my MPG but part of me thinks it might actually help.

$2500 and a life-time warranty against bubbling, chipping, peeling, etc...
