Default New mods - 18" AE102s, PIAA airdam, polished shaft + more!

I finished a bunch of new mods today. They include 18x10 American Eagle 102 wheels wrapped with 325/60/18 Nitto TerraGrappler tires, polished driveshaft and tailpipe, PIAA Airdam with billet griils and 40 series driving lights, polished ProComp skid plate, Flex-a-lite electric fans (more about these in the performance section later), ported throttlebody and a Poweraid throttlebody spacer. The truck changed quite a bit visually and is more responsive with the horsepower mods. And to top it all off gas mileage went from 8.5-9 to 11. Some of those mileage mods do work

I'll be pulling off all of the decals, emblems and pinstrips next week and also replacing the factory cloth seats and door panels with leather. The final performance mod (for now) may be a set of ported heads. Still checking into that one.

I've included some pics below -

I usually see a max of 8.5 for a mix of city/highway driving and 9 for mostly highway (8.1 motor). I was running 16" AFX Bandit wheels with 315/75/16 tires. This is one thing that doesn't help mileage. Other performance mods are a Volant induction, The Other Guys mid-length headers, Direct Hits Ignition. mild Comp Cam (206/212 .510/.510 112) and custom programming.

tbyrne, who did you use for your programming? BTW, truck looks great! I am kinda partial to the Eagle 102's.

i was hoping to replace my airdam and foglights with the exact PIAA stuff you put on it. where are the billet grille inserts from? do you sell them? do they come in different styles similar to the design of a street scene speed grill? you know the oval pattern. also, can i use my existing stock foglight wiring to wire the PIAA driving lights to?

Looking HOT Tom! Question, I have a 2003 2500HD, would I be able to fit the same tire/rim combo as you without raising the truck?
