Im up in NH. It typically gets down to singles digits for some of the winter up here. Dididnt know if it held water anywere that could freeze up. I have the one with buttons right now and they tore right out in the cold. Extang platinum. Just dont want that to happen with the velcro. It did say lifetime warranty though.
