Default Need Some Help

Guys I need some help. I'm trying to give the rear of my VHO a cleaner look. I have a black GMC VHO with the stock rear bumper.

Options:
1) Would a stock rear bumper off of a SS look alright? (Could someone photoshop a pic of it for me?)

2) A bumper cover painted to match.

3) A weld-in roll pan.

Does anyone know how much it would cost to do a weld-in roll pan and have it painted? Anyone know of a good shop in the N. Houston-Conroe, Tx area? I still need to be able to tow, what would I need to be able to?

IMO, a roll pan welded in would look best. I don't know on how much it would cost though. In order to tow, you would need a flip down plate holder, hidden hitch, and a spare relocater or you could just move the spare to the bed.

An SS bumper should fit fine and I don't think it would look bad. It has been a while since I looked at one though. If you wanted to keep the chrome, just painting the plastics on the stock bumper makes a big difference too!

I belive a stock ss back bumper will definetly look good!! A welded roll pan is great to have, but a non-welded roll pan will look just as nice. Well the ss front bumper cover is a must, looks really sleek! I say get quotes from different body shops and see how good their work is.

Default Ss

Go SS All the way i'm going to get all the bodywork done on my rig after i upgrade everything under the hood. My biggest challeng is going to be getting ahold of a set of 20" silverado SS wheels in chrome.

A factory SS bumper mates up to the factory lower moldings from the side of the body. Be careful, they have a different curviture. An aftermarket cover is different so it matches up better.

I vote roll pan, smoother look and less weight!!!! Nice ride....
