Im thinking of buying a new SS bumper cover an cowl hood for my 04 SCSB. An I was just wondering if you guys got any pic.s of single cabs with a SS bumper an possibly with a cowl hood to. But I mainly want to see the diffrent SS bumpers.

I have a 2000 ext cab that I just installed a "street scenes" SS bumper cover on and it looked great until i painted it. whatever you do, DO NOT use any type of adhesive a.k.a. black 3M urethane to hold cover on to bumper, after it was painted and baked the urethane made dents all over the cover everywhere it was applied, because the heat in the spray booth made the urethane act like cement, it really looks like ****. I have to go buy another SS cover and start over, VERY COSTLY screw up

I would say be the one of the first to throw an 05 hd hood on your truck instead of the cowl.



I would love to see one on an SS

theres a lack of good designed aftermarket hoods for the newer silverados in my opinion. that hd hood might do the trick.

I had the apc which turned yellow.

TYC Elegante is the best imo but they don't make a complete clear lense, still has a little yelow. I have them on my GMC and there actually high quality.
