Truck is an 05 sierra RCSB. I assume these will fit judging by the picture, but the description on lists them up to the 02 year model for sierra's.

they will fit, but the '03+ trucks have an extra bulb+socket on the bottom outside of the stock lights that alternating flashes with the main turn signal... no big deal, you can live without it. i know this becuase i put a set of '03+ tailights in my '01 truck... i had to wire up the extra socket/bulb to fit that extra hole (its a 194 bulb) and had to wire it a certain way to keep it so it flashes alternatingly with the main signal bulb.... so yes, they will work- you will just not use the little extra 194 bulb.
