OKay i want to go with these rims: 18x8.5's

and I want to wrap them in some toyo proxe s/t's: 285/60R18..Will this be a good setup and will it look good??

I would go with a 285/50/18 ,the 60 will be too tall. Look at the Nitto 404's. I'm running the Yokahama avs s/t in a 285/50/18 but would recommend the nitto.The Yoko is too pricey,I think the Nito's run about 130 each.I will most likely go with Nitto next time.

 

well I am running 32" Mickey Thompson's now. My truck is 4 wheel drive. I have heard that they will fit but if all else I can crank up my torsion bars.

 

My bad, didnt know you had a 4 wheel drive.In that case i'd go with the 285/60/18's then.
