Do you ever think to yourself, 'Man, I wish insurance rates were cheaper.'? This is why they are going up and will continue to go up. Not just for automobile, but personally for me, medical insurance. Keep f*cking the insurance agencies and they will f*ck you back alot harder because you HAVE to have insurance...

 

 

Yea and the reason is because of things that his is doing....it called INSURANCE FRAUD. Obviously a truck thats been rear ended doesn't need a cowl hood or a two tone paint job unless he is paying for it. And the reason the insurance companies act like ****** is because they have to take it up the *** from people like this that think they deserve a payday from someone

 

I'm prolly the ball buster elite, but this is how I would call it. IF, you did a fair estimate of the damages and informed the insurance co. of the amount, then asked them to just settle with you then fine. They cut a check for the damage, you fix it on your own time and upgrade what you like with the left over. No problem w/ that scenario, after all someone else did smash up your truck you didn't ask for it I'm sure. Otherwise, if you over inflate the damage and use your business place as a front to get more $$ that's a problem

 

Well, I think one reason people are kinda' ticked about this subject is this........The way you came across with that first post kinda' made it sound like you were bragging about it. Let me tell you something man, back on Dec 1 of '06 this 78 year old man with no insurance plowed into the side of my truck, demolished my bed, my front fender, and punched dents in my passenger door. Luckily it did no frame damage but my entire bed and front fender had to be replaced. You think I got him back? No.....You know why? It's not right. I bit the bullet and had my truck put back exactly the way I had it.....I could've taken the guy to court and got somethin' out of him and fixed up my truck the way I wanted, but I didn't. And to answer your other statement...."Like you've never f*cked somebody before." In all honesty I can say that I haven't, I've always been a fair and morale person. That's what's wrong with the world today, so many people worry about money too much and don't care how they get it. OR maybe I'm just old-fashioned, I'unno.But no hard feelings man. I'd go with red and black two-tone, or maybe red/silver? I've got no pics of one on a bodystyle like yours though.

 

You wanna know who deserves insurance money from people my girlfriend who was almost killed in a hit and run last sunday:



She was hit by some ******* in a company van with a warrant out for his arrest at 12am on a sunday. He fled the scene of the accident. The whole front of the car was smashed because he hit her so hard she flew into the back of the car infront of her. So don't think I don't understand dealing with insurance companies. She doesn't have health insurance and her brand new g35 is f**ked. It only has 4000 miles on it. Imagine the money for hospital, car, miscellaneous expenses. Be glad you aren't hurt. Thats why this pisses me off when I hear you buying a new hood and two tone paint, complete crap IMO

 

only reason i have the money to do the extra stuff is because the estimate is for what it cost to have the shop do it and i'm doing it after hours so I"M GETTING PAID THE LABOR NOT MY NORMAL COMMISSION WAGES! Whats wrong w/ that? I'm just taking advantage of what I do for a living and making more money on it. I'm not making any more money than if I was doing someone elses vehicle on the side.
