If you plan to do 4/6 dont waist your time with 2/4 IMO...
after you spend a few hours removing the stock hangers, you wont be too excited to put them back for the flip kit. if it were me i would save up for the tires and the 4/6 and do it one time.
but its up to you..

In a shop with every tool at your disposal it wouldnt be too bad, but the i have done it twice once in the street in front of my house with limited tools and the other in Aarons'(53Russell) driveway with better but still limited tools.
Used grinders and air hammers both times. If i were to do it again i would want a powerful torch to remove the rivets
