i love the intake! definetely louder with a modded airbox.
i paid $700 for the eskys w/ like new tires
as for the exhaust, its on the list too, i have some painted pacesetters that im gonna send off to be coated by jethot, then im gettin an exhaust shop to weld up a dual 3" magnaflow exhaust dumped right after the axle.
im not really fond of my current exhaust, the previous owner put straight pipes on it and its pretty loud, plus the non-stock pipes are starting to rust

if you have clutch fans still you will need to trim the fan shroud and trim the elbow considerably, actually the fans are what was hitting mine not the shroud. also you have to rotate your MAF so the top is facing toward the rear.
if you mod the air box like he told me to: cut the entire fender side of the airbox off and i also cut a 4" hole in the bottom of it and the mounting plate, you will get a noticeable increase in power. i also got a definite sound increase too
