Duplicolor actually makes some quality stuff. I'm not too surprised by your results to be honest. I've had great luck with everything they make so far. It is nice to see someone using this stuff. How much does that stuff run anyway? I've got a project car I need to paint, lol.
Price Break down, all duplicolor paint
Adhension promoter $6
Filler primer $6 (quart)
Primer reducer $8
Base Black $20
Clear Coat $20

You need to bend those little ears on the keep nut/washer the it will free up allowing you to remove it then it just comes apart. Before you put it back together hammer that nut/washer flat..

lol damn... I thought you were gonna say that
Anything in particular you used? I guess just a screw driver would work... I started doing that thinking thats what it was but I didnt wanna ruin that keep nut so I held off with the intentions of starting a thread with those pics today (luckily you did it for me!). If thats the way its gotta be thats the way its gotta be then. Thanks alot man, should be able to get them apart today

Yep just a small screw driver, it is a real PIA, try not to bend them too much just bend each one a little bit, then hammer it flat when you go to put it back on....I used a big C-CLamp with a large socket to get the washer/nut pressed back on when I was finished.

REALLY good pricing! Where can this stuff be purchased? Oh...tell us all about the 1970 Mustang SportRoof(fastback) you have in the garage. I see it was originally Grabber Yellow, which was only available on 1970 Mustangs, except '69 & '70 Boss's. Thanks.

the Mustang is a work in progress, I have had it since I was 17 and restored it once, but now I am making it into my race car (either pro-touring or drag, havent decided yet)... I am kinda still pissed at it I got a piece of metal in my eye while working on it over a year ago, so my GF grounded me from working on it, so I start messing with my truck...
I am building a subframe for it now, I am connecting the front subframe to the rear (I will be adding solid frame rails to the back eventually.... I am making all my own floor pans and frame rails. Oh and it will be LSX powered!!!!
Here are a few pics.
