its basically a cut-out portion of the frame that allows the axle to tarvel farther so there's less bottoming out.

So what do you think guys about 20' black rims with chrome lips ??
it will be nice ?? or you have another opinion..

I'de stick with full chrome or polished. IMO black with polished lip only goes good with black, yellow, orange and red. Go chrome or polished
