modin the bike
#1
My bike is soon to match my trucks theme in a all black paint job. My Big Brake kit from Baer should be here this week so i decided to paint my calipers today. Only thing that sucked was bleeding the brakes when i was done. I used a water bottle and a vacuum hose and made a homemade vacuum bleeder

Those stock tires aren't that bad unless you have a 1k. I wiped the front and back on the stock tires on my 1k then went to track day take offs. If you can get some of them from someone that is local to you that races DO IT!!!. I ran Bridgestone BT-002 190/55 BT-014 190/50 and the Dunlop Sportmax Pro 190/60 and the BT-002 by far was the best. The Dunlops you could lean for days on. Everyone says the track tires don't hook in the rain...BS they would hook enough in the rain to wheelie. I rode on Pilot Powers and they pail to the BT-002. Try and get some of them as take offs, I promise you will be happy. BTW you need some Galfer SBK lines. They are so nice and make a big difference, that and some Vesrah pads
