Im Going Home To Louisiana To Paint My Truck. Before I Get There And Start On The Project I Was Wondering What I Have To Do To Get The Door Handles And The Mirrors Off To Paint Them.

The mirrors have three bolts. You can get to the bolts by removing the small triangle trim piece above the door handle. It's very easy. The door handles are the hardest ones to get to. You have to take the door panel off to get to the 3 or 4 bolts holding the handle on. I suggest getting a Chilton or Haynes manual at your local parts house; the books have detailed instructions and pictures.

 

Its not hard you can figure it out. Door lock indicator the plastic trim aoround interior door handle and a couple of screws. Then the door panel just lifts up and out.
