Default Making a custom hood, need color suggest.

Like the title states, I'm going to make my own one of a kind custom SS hood for my Sierra. I plan on making the scoop just like the Camaro SS scoop but only an inch or so taller for more air. Anyways, like some of the camaro guys, they have their scoop painted a different color than the car. Since my truck is white, what color should I spray the SS scoop? I'm thinking a metallic grey/silver, chevrolet orange?????

The orange would look good, but you could do black also...

How much is it gonna cost you to do all this? Whos making it for you?

I think that would be such a awesome hood. Someone posted before that had something like that on a blue shortcab.

I want a Chevy HD hood w/ the leading edge modded to fit the GMC grille/headlights. I saw it done on a concept truck...I think the guy that designed it even posted here. Anyone remember that SUV?

I figure it will cost me about $150 to do it and I'm going to make it my self, and my brother is going to paint it for me.
