Default lowered the Z71

I put Keys in the front and 2" shackles in the rear. I'm not really sure how much drop I got in the front, its more than 3", the tire to fender gap is now 2.25" it used to be 6" but that was with the stock wheels and tires. I have to install the hangers in the rear yet for 2" more drop, so it should level out nicely when its all done.

Before
After

Ride quality so far is not bad at all, but I haven't got a chance to drive it far yet, because just after I finished lowering it yesterday, I found out that the one cat was plugged making the truck undrivable . I did notice you can feel more of the bumps through the wheel, on a choppy road.

Oh don't worry they will be gone soon, the side moulding too. Once the Z71 stickers are gone, hopefully everyone will stop asking me why I would lower a 4wd truck.

Truck looks great man! Give me some more details about your exhaust set up....I've been wanting to do a Magnaflow out the side, too.

oh, and if you havnt already done it, pick up some 2wd U-bolts and remove the lift blocks, its cheaper than hangers....Thats what I'm doing after I get the front lower, I already did the shackles.
