Looking for some input
#1
Hello folks...new to the forums, but reading/looking around for awhile. Nice info and pics.
I have a request if you don't mind. Since my wife took over my '04 Suburban, I'm looking at an '04 Avalanche. Color of choice is Charcoal Gray. I'm looking for input on:
Rims (will be 22's) - I like the cleaner looking wheels (IE Giovanna Genoas, Akuza Bounce, Bazo B26, Helo Kicks, etc). Any pictures you can provide or point me to with rimmed up Avalanches are appreciated.
Exhaust - Would love something cat back to give it a little more rumble and perhaps better looking exhaust tips.
Grilles - something chrome, but not cheap looking.
Turn Signals/Headlights - I like the clean/clear look, but not too big on the "bubble" lights if you know what I mean.
Finally 2wd vs 4wd - Is there anything I need to consider here when trying to even up the stance/height of the truck to make it sit level?
Thanks in advance for any opinions/suggestions/pictures.

With exhaust I really like the Corsa, as does everyone, but its pricey (around $600), however, the Magnaflow is a really good unit too, and much cheaper. With grilles, I prefer the way the stock one looks over anything billet/chrome. And I would go with 2wd if I was lowering it and putting rims on it, you get many more options and it weights less which is always good, like the hotchkis 2/4 drop, it seems many people love the way that drop looks and rides. However there are many other style drops made by many different companies so look around for the one you like best. For some pictures just do a search in the Appearance section or go to www.chevyavalanchefanclub.com. Also, if you get the Avalanche make sure it doesnt have that awful body molding on it. Hope this helps.
