hi guys

i'm looking for something to dress up under the hood ? instead of having that black cardboard stuff . i'd like to put something chromed or mirrored .don't know where to look ...thanks

any suggestion ?

You have cardboard under your hood?
Do you have any pics of your truck? What kind of truck do you have?

I'm kinda confused. Cardboard does not belong under the hood of a vehicle. Like kdirectorate said, what year is your truck and what make/model is it?

sorry guys ---it's a 2004 silverado... i meant to say insulation .. the liner thats under the hood . i did some searching on the web and found some 0.118 acyrlic that comes with a chrome finish that i think will work .. sorry for the confuction

The insulation is there for a reason though. I don't know what an acrylic will do for you, but if you don't like the look you've got, I would consider a fiberglass hood which shouldn't conduct heat to the exterior paint.
