ahh ok I guess I can give you guys some more information. For one, no donor truck everything will be brand new.
Silverado Front clip
New Fenders
New SS bumper
New Cowl induction hood
New lights
New Grille
A good friend use to work at abody parts whole saler and can get me everything brand new at wholesale price plus a 10% discount
Collecting parts over the winter, all metal body panels will be por15 then bed lined, then undercoated on the inside to prevent rust. This spring new rocker panels new tail gate, and new doors will be installed, truck will go in for paint for arrival blue, the cowl hood will be painted flat black on top of the cowl like the old muscle cars. Have not thought about to much more detail other then that. Essentially the truck will have practically all new sheet metal. Cab and bed will be jacked up as high as possible then the frame will be por15 as well as control arms drive shafts. Manual shift transfer case is going in this week. Interior peices will be painted when the rest of the truck goes in for paint.

You will have some problems bolting the front bumper on. Nothing that can't be fixed will a drill, but everything else will be a direct swap. I'm not sure if you know this but, you will need the hood latch, plastic panel that goes from the grill to the rad, the bumper brackets, or some why to make up a custom mount, the plastic that goes under the turn signals, light buckets, and light bucket pins. There maybe more, but that is all I can remember... Good luck, the swap is well worth it imho.
