Default Lifting Shakles

Well I have been trying to find a way to lift the rear about an inch. I need to find some more info on these, but this is what I have found so far:

Those are from DJM found on this site:http://www.djmsuspension.com/Product...ChevyParts.htm

If anyone knows...How much do these raise it up? How would this affect rear end suspension? It would pitch the nose(drive shaft input side) of the axle downward right. How would this work with the axle being above the leaf springs?

Thanks guys for any input

They should pitch the pinion up. It is lowering the rear of the leaf down, in effect raising the axle up.

I just went outside to look at things. Yup, it will pitch it upward like you said.
Now if I knew how much it lifted, I could figure the degrees of pinion angle I would have to correct by doing this. ...I'll keep surfing
