Lifted 2500HD???

Lifted 2500HD???
Hi All, A friend of mine is interested in a lift for his HD. He is concerned about the ride of a daily driver about 70 miles a day. Is there any lifts that are about 4 inches out there? I have seen the 8 inch from whiplash, but bumper to ground wise its not legal in MD. SO if anyone has any info or pics would be great too, please let me know. Thanks.
