You just have to switch out the mechanisms on the actual handle. takes about 5 minutes.

 

No more keyholes! This mod makes a big difference in the look of the truck. Fabbing took a lil longer than I expected to make the tahoe rears fit my doors You have to cut off the end of the hinge pin on the new handles in order to swap the arms from the old handles. The pins on the new ones are metal while the old ones have a plastic removable piece, pretty straightforward just took some time cuz I didn't wanna f up my shiny new handles!
