The bumper i got when my dad needed a factory bumper for a customer, so without looking, he had somebody order one and that is what we got.
The rims were on there when we got it and they are the Giovanna Modena's. Rims and tires ran him $4,500. So they are by no means CHEAP.
Everyone has their own opinion though.

I don't care what they say I like the tailgate and roll pan. That's why we have different taste.
but like they've said I don't like the fuel lid, and side skirts. But hey if you like it more power to you.

I like the corvette lights/roll pan, but I think It would be cooler if you went with the whole Corvette theme. Some ZO6 wheels, "corvette" engraved brake calipers, and maybe some ZO6 brake vents molded into the bedsides forward of the rear wheels would pull the whole thing together. An LS6 in place of the 5.3 would be nice too.
